Return Merchandise Authorization Checklist

  • Please submit the completed Online RMA Request Form below to Progressive Sales Canada Inc.
  • Or, if you prefer to e-mail a completed PDF form instead, Download the RMA Request Form PDF HERE, print, complete, scan and email to rma@progressivesalescanad.ca.
  • When authorized, Progressive Sales Canada Inc Customer Service will email you the RMA number.
  • All returned items must be complete & in the original packaging where possible, otherwise your return will be refused.
  • Proof Of Purchase must be included for all NON Current models.
  • Progressive Sales Canada Inc will repair / replace / credit at our discretion only the items & accessories returned on the RMA.
  • If a credit is issued, the value of all missing accessories will be deducted from the return.
  • Check quantity & model number for all the returned items to ensure all products are complete.
  • A copy of the authorized RMA must be included with the returned items.
  • Mark the RMA NUMBER on the outside of package of item /items being returned, this form could be used as a packing slip.
  • Progressive Sales Canada Inc will refuse any item returned without an RMA number.
  • If RMA is issued for multiple items, these must be returned in one (1) shipment.
  • Progressive Sales Canada Inc will ship replacement product freight prepaid.
  • Defective items are to be returned to Progressive Sales Canada Inc freight prepaid by the Dealer.
  • An RMA NUMBER will be void after 20 days after the date issued.e
